I/we hereby agree to pay 15% of daily net receipts. This charge includes a fee of 10% of daily net receipts being paid to the Seattle Center Foundation and 5% to the Irish Heritage Club. This amount will be paid in full no later than March 31, 2008. In addition, I/we agree to pay in advance a booth fee of $175.00 (one hundred seventy five US dollars) for each booth, which is comprised of 3 tables and 3 chairs in an 8' x 10' curtained area. A check or money order for that amount, payable to Irish Heritage Club / 2008 Irish Festival, is enclosed with this application. I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THE VENDOR BOOTH GUIDELINES
