The Luncheon was held Friday, March 13, at F X McRory's Restaurant, Occidental & S King St., Seattle

Washington Governor Christine Gregoire and Seattle Mayor Greg Nickels issued Proclamations of Irish Week 2009 in the State of Washington and in Seattle and King County at the the 38th annual Proclamation Luncheon on March 13. In attendance along with Seattle's 2009 St. Patrick's Day Parade Grand Marshals and other dignataries were Irish Attorney General Paul Gallagher and Vice-Consul General of Ireland Barry O'Brien.
