The 39th Annual Irish Week Proclamation Luncheon will feature Proclamations of Irish Week 2012 being issued by Washington Governor Christine Gregoire and Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn. In attendance along with Seattle's 2012 St. Patrick's Day Parade Grand Marshals are expected to be distinguished visitors from Ireland and other local politicians.
