The 42nd Annual Irish Week Proclamation Luncheon will feature Proclamations of Irish Week 2013 being issued by Washington Governor Jay Inslee, Seattle Mayor Mike McGinn and King County Executive Dow Constantine. In attendance along with Seattle's 2013 St. Patrick's Day Parade Grand Marshals will be distinguished visitors from Ireland and other local politicians.
