IRISH SODA BREAD BAKING CLASS

WHERE: The Hall is on the Lower Level underneath the Church building. Enter down the stairway on the
Church’s west side. An accessible hall entry is also available using the Church Elevator
in the Church front Lobby.
FOR: Adults interested in cooking
traditional ‘Irish Soda Bread’.
WHAT: Master Soda Bread Baker Fionna Shriane-Travis and Mary Shriane will
demonstrate how
to bake great soda bread, and Nutritionist and author Maureen Keane will
speak to the nutritional value of Irish food, and especially Soda Bread.
